- Cost of shipping
- Cost of setup labour

Our approach
We are committed to a pragmatic approach to hardware and software. Our solution are designed to be usable without advanced computer skills.
Our laptops and phones are designed to provide the best compromise between privacy, security and accessibility.
Our hardware is second hand. This allows to offer hardware that is affordable and sustainable.
Different grades of hardware are available from as new condition to devices with minor cosmetic wear and tear. This will naturally affect the price.
Our offering is that we will procure and configure software to your needs, ship it to you and then can provide compassionate paid support over the lifetime of the hardware.
